My wife and I always talked about having a beach wedding. We didn't want anything too crazy and preferred the idea of having a micro wedding with just seven of us. We think we picked the perfect location for our ceremony. Cos Kai had one of the most beautiful beaches (trust us, we looked at a lot of the villas) and best of all because it's in the bay we didn't have to worry about seaweed build up. But most importantly it is facing just right to have some of the most spectacular sunsets you've ever seen. We can't wait to get our sunset wedding pictures back since I know they will look out of this world. The house is elegant yet homey. And the enclosed porch is a godsend at dusk when the mosquitoes get crazy. Look no further, pick Cos Kai.

25% Refund: Receive a 25% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 75% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Housekeeping or nanny service is available at an extra cost for a minimum of four hours. Services are arranged directly with an on-island property manager and paid directly to the maid or nanny on the day of service.
Hosting special events can be accommodated. There will be an event fee and supplemental refundable damage deposits required by the owners.
Crib can be arranged upon request.
Luxe linens, beach and bath towels provided.
This villa can accommodate 10 adults max, 15 guests overall, with two rental configurations to choose from:
- Full 5 bedroom house with sofa beds: sleeping 10-15 guests (10 adults max) OR
- Full 5 bedroom house without sofa beds: sleeping a maximum of 10 guests.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- All guests must be 10 or older; infants under 2 are welcome. Exceptions with owner approval.
- Maximum number of occupancy is 15. It cannot host more than 10 adults.
- All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high-water mark.
- The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
- Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
- Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
- Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.
