- Making any alterations in or about the property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing antenna or satellite dishes, placing signs, displays or exhibits, or using screws, fastening devices, nails, or adhesive materials is not permitted.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
