The expansive private lanai offers a pool, hot tub, firepit, outdoor bar with TVs and premium appliances, al fresco dining, and beautiful golf course and ocean views just a one-minute walk from the Mauna Lani Beach Club.

Guests & Occupancy
- Maximum Occupancy: Additional guests are permitted only up to the property's maximum occupancy. Extra guests are charged additional, per night, plus applicable taxes.
- Guest Accountability: The reservation holder must personally check in. Third-party bookings, proxy reservations, subletting, or booking on behalf of unlisted parties are prohibited.
- Approved Use: Guests must comply with all applicable Hawaii short-term vacation rental regulations and The Cape Homeowners Association rules governing community amenities and outdoor areas.
Events & Noise
- Events & Gatherings: Parties, large unregistered gatherings, commercial filming, and events exceeding community guidelines are prohibited unless expressly approved.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily in accordance with Hawaii's Good Neighbor Policy.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals performing a designated task are allowed when registered with management prior to arrival.
- Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and in all outdoor areas, including balconies, lanais, and private pool decks.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Required Documentation: Guests must sign the online CoralTree Rental Agreement within 3 days of booking and provide a valid passport or U.S. government-issued photo ID along with a matching major credit card at check-in.
- Damage Protection: A mandatory, non-refundable $149 Damage Protection Waiver (plus tax) applies and provides coverage for eligible accidental damage up to the plan limits.
