A newly added primary suite debuting in 2026 introduces a private sanctuary with its own elegant en suite bath, enhancing the home’s flexible and well balanced floor plan. Outdoors, a private resort style setting awaits. The heated saltwater pool, soothing hot tub, gas fire pit, and fully equipped outdoor kitchen create distinct spaces for lounging, dining, and entertaining. A poolside cabana offers shaded relaxation, while nearby access to a scenic saltwater river invites kayaking and paddleboarding. Neighborhood: East Orleans - Nature lovers will love the short walk to a nearby saltwater river, perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding. Plus, you’re just under a mile to Orleans Center for shopping and dining, and a 5-minute drive to both Nauset Beach and Skaket Beach—giving you the best of both the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay.
Parking information
- No camper vehicles that provide sleeping accommodations of any kind will be allowed without prior approval. - During peak hours at town beaches, parking stickers are required. Of course, most of our properties are directly on or within easy walking distance of private, neighborhood association beaches, so no pass is required. For those properties that aren’t right on or within walking distance, a pass is necessary. You can stop by the town offices to pick up a weekly pass or pay per visit. Beach passes are issued by vehicle and are not transferable.

75% Refund: Receive a 75% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 120 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 119 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Rents Friday to Friday and has a seven-night minimum in peak season.
New for 2026: 5th bedroom as primary bedroom and private en-suite.
Pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day - Columbus Day.
A “starter set” of cleaning/paper products is provided. There will be paper towels and bath tissue to start off your week. Similarly, you will be provided with cleaning products like dish soap, laundry detergent, all-purpose cleaners, etc. We ask that you replace what you use so the guests coming in after you can enjoy the same convenience. Some kitchen trash bags will also be provided.
Fresh sheets and bath towel sets for each guest are included. A bath towel set includes a bath towel, a hand towel, and a face cloth.
Utilities will be provided to the property during the rental term. Includes electricity, cold and hot water, natural gas if applicable, heat and trash removal.
Restrictions
- No more than the listed number of persons, including infants, children and overnight visitors listed on the lease shall occupy said premises.
- No more than listed number of vehicles on the lease to be parked in the spaces assigned to the premises at any time.
- No camper vehicles that provide sleeping accommodations of any kind will be allowed without prior approval from the landlord.
- No smoking.
- Use of illegal materials such as fireworks at the property is prohibited.
- The landlord is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Avoid wasting of water, heating fuel, electricity or other utilities provided.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
