KEY Curation Notes

Private beach access across the street. A dedicated path leads directly to Aunt Lydias Cove and Chatham Harbor — no driving, no parking. The views from the water's edge take in Tern Island and the harbor entrance, and it's a genuinely short walk rather than a symbolic one.
Private heated saltwater pool and spa, professionally maintained weekly. The pool deck is sun-drenched, well-furnished, and enclosed — one of the more serious pool setups in this market. The spa has independent controls for heat, jets, and lighting.
5,400 sq ft split across two wings, with real separation between groups. The dual-wing layout connected by a breezeway means two distinct living zones — the main wing with the kitchen, dining, screened porch, and three ensuite bedrooms, and a second wing anchored by a grand TV room with a cloud couch plus three more bedrooms. Large families and multi-generational groups can genuinely spread out.
Every bedroom has an en-suite bath. Five of the six bedrooms are fully ensuite; the bunk room (six twin beds in three bunks) shares a hallway bath in the second wing. The dining table seats all 14.
The kitchen is built for the group. An oversized island, gourmet appliances, and a food processor make it a functional cooking hub. The outdoor gas grill and deck dining table extend meals outside when the weather cooperates.
A short drive to the best of Chatham. Chatham Bars Inn is under a mile away; Main Street is 1.3 miles. The beach path is walkable, but a car makes everything else easier.
Pool and spa are seasonal. They open mid-May and close in early October — confirm your dates align if the pool is central to your stay. Off-season bookings at a 3-night minimum are available, with the pool closed. Linens and towels are fully provided. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery so the kitchen is stocked before you arrive.

We really enjoyed out time in this home. We stayed here for over a month during the summer. House is stylish, and feels new. The pool area is fantastic, and the beach is 100 yards down the road, so you never have to drive to a beach and deal with parking. Property management company was also very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary Guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay; violations may result in cancellation or eviction without refund
  • Limited to stated sleeping capacity; over-occupancy may result in eviction without refund
  • Primary Guest is responsible for all damages, charges, and rule compliance; credit card on file may be charged

  • Fire hazards: No campfires, fireworks, or open flames unless explicitly allowed
  • Illegal/unauthorized use: Subletting and unapproved use are prohibited
  • Unapproved modifications: Installing equipment (e.g., window A/C) or altering the space is not allowed; damage/repair costs apply

Equipment & Amenities

  • HVAC & utilities: Doors/windows must remain closed when A/C is in use to prevent damage; misuse may result in repair charges
  • Appliances & systems: Operation is not guaranteed; no refunds for malfunctions (includes A/C, internet, appliances, power outages, etc.)
  • Internet/phone/TV _(if equipped)_: Long-distance calls and paid media are charged to Guest
  • Provided items: Guests may need to bring linens, towels, and supplies unless otherwise stated; rentals may be available for a fee
  • Equipment reporting: Damage must be reported within 24 hours; unreported or excess damage beyond coverage (up to $1,000 or $300 for shorter stays) is chargeable
  • Locked areas: Restricted areas are off-limits; unauthorized access may result in charges
