With four sleeping areas and three full and half baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Upon entering, you'll find the main level great room, featuring a half bath, a stacked stone gas log fireplace with an HDTV, and comfortable furnishings. The sliding glass doors open up to a deck with breathtaking mountain views. The kitchen is a dream for any aspiring chef, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stone backsplash, and solid quartz counters. The dining table can seat up to eight guests comfortably. It boasts three welcoming King bedrooms. The main level offers a King ensuite with a full bath that opens to the main level. On the lower floor, you'll find a second King suite and a bunk room with two sets of Twin bunk beds, perfect for both the young and the young at heart. This floor also features a shared bathroom with a tiled shower and double vanity. The top-level presents a beautiful King master suite, complete with a freestanding soaking tub, a custom tiled shower, and double vanities. This vacation home provides ample space for everyone. The top level includes an open loft area with a large cozy couch, perfect for reading and relaxation. Downstairs, the second living area offers an air hockey table and a Nintendo Switch docking station for entertainment. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in the winter months. - Parking on the roads to houses may be illegal and could result in accidents, fines, vehicle towing, and the inability of locals and rescue vehicles to get to your house or others around you.

Things you need to know
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
Homes are not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items including plastic wrap or foil.
Eagle Nest is an up-and-coming community with new development and construction throughout the entire community. Due to how sound travels, you may hear heavy vehicles and equipment during your visit.
All homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities within.
Restrictions
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to a lack of air conditioning.
- No refunds will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- We cannot be responsible for changes made by the Owner to the furnishings or equipment in the units. There will be no refunds due to the property not being decorated or accommodated to Tenant’s individual preference or due to minor discrepancies with the website.
- Viewing of PPV programs is prohibited by Owner and will result in a separate charge to the credit card on file.
- We do not permit anyone to check in on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter Sunday under any circumstances.
- Refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas-log fireplaces.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs.
