6,800 square feet of avant-garde modernist architecture clad in red cedar, directly on Cape Cod Bay with hundreds of feet of private beach — is one of the most architecturally distinctive properties on the Cape, designed around the water and conceived as much as an experience as a residence. The private beach is accessed via stairs directly from the lower deck.
Rooftop deck with 360-degree views stretching to the Pilgrim Monument — multiple seating areas, a wet bar, and an unobstructed panorama make this the defining feature of the home's outdoor sequence. Bay sunsets from the rooftop are in a different category from anything a standard Cape rental offers.
Primary suite with dual bathrooms — one indoors, one al fresco — an outdoor bathroom under the open sky is a genuinely unusual architectural statement. The main-level primary has a king bed; the lower level adds a second king suite plus two bunk rooms, each with private baths. A den with queen pull-out and private bath provides additional sleeping flexibility. Total capacity is twelve across five sleeping areas.
Open-air covered porch with wet bar and additional dining off the main living level — the kitchen, great room, and porch function as one connected space oriented entirely toward the bay. A filtered, chlorinated reflective water feature in front of the house doubles as a splash pool on hot days — not marketed as a pool, but worth noting for families. No traditional pool on the property.
Provincetown is a 10-minute drive — Commercial Street dining, galleries, galleries, and the harbor are an easy evening excursion. The Cape Cod National Seashore is essentially outside the front door.

This house is modern, beautiful and well thought out to give visitors the best views and experience. The manager was great - responsive to our inquiries and quick to address issues. We had a problem with water pressure and a plumber arrived within an hour to address the problem. Now that’s service! Location is great. We enjoyed Provincetown and the surrounding areas. Great restaurants, shops, people. My whole family (ages 11-70) had a wonderful experience.

This home is available for rentals year-round. During the peak season, there is a seven-night minimum rental period, with arrivals and departures available any day. During the rest of the year, there is a four-night minimum rental period, with arrivals and departures available any day.
