Private heated saltwater pool with an attached waterfall spa on a bluestone terrace in Sesuit Neck, East Dennis — the outdoor setup is the centerpiece: fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, and sink alongside the pool, plus a gas fire pit for evenings. The backyard is lushly landscaped and functions as a private resort on its own.

Nearly 4,400 square feet across two levels, sleeping ten — the upstairs holds two king suites each with a private en-suite bath, plus a queen bedroom with a full hall bath nearby. The first-floor fourth bedroom has two bunk sets (four twins) and a half bath across the hall — ideal for kids. The layout gives adults genuine separation from younger travelers.

Chef's kitchen with a large island flowing into open dining and living spaces — multiple access points lead directly outdoors, making indoor-outdoor flow seamless throughout. Checkers table and board games included for rainy days.

Cape Cod Bay beaches are minutes north; Nantucket Sound beaches a short drive south — Harborview Beach is 0.7 miles, Corporation Beach 1.6 miles. The dual-shore access is one of East Dennis's genuine advantages; bay water is calm and warm, Sound beaches are broader and more active.

Sesuit Harbor is walkable — one of the Cape's most active small harbors for fishing charters, kayak launches, and waterfront dining. Dennis Village on Route 6A with galleries and restaurants is 1.7 miles.

Cape Cod Bay beaches are minutes to the north, while the warm waters of the Nantucket Sound beaches lie just a short drive south, giving you the best of both shores. - Harborview Beach is just .7 miles away, while Corporation Beach is 1.6 miles, Mayflower Beach is 3.5 miles and Chapin Beach is 4.3 miles. This house was perfect for our family of 6! It had everything you needed for cooking, going to the beach or hanging out by the pool! We enjoyed every minute - even on the rainy days!! There is plenty of space for everyone and the checkers table was a bonus for my kids (got them off their devices!).
