Stepping outdoors, you'll find a private hot tub next to a serene waterfall, perfect for relaxation. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to toast marshmallows and share stories. The six luxurious bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The main level king suite offers convenience, while the upper level boasts three indulgent king suites. The lower level includes another king suite and a charming bunk suite, accommodating family and guests with ease. This is easily one of the most luxurious and beautiful places I've ever stayed. Our business used it for an annual planning retreat, and it was perfect. The house is set up even nicer than the listing shows, with things like heated bathroom floors, down comforters, and a well stocked kitchen. The host was responsive and I would stay here again.

Things you need to know
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
Please note that this home have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals.
Towels and linens will be provided.
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Hot tubs are professionally serviced between rentals.
Restrictions
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
