The next guest bedroom offers a king bed, access to the back porch, its own en-suite bathroom, and an HDTV. At the end of the hall, you'll find the second master suite—a spacious retreat with a king bed, HDTV, access to the back patio and barbecuing area, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in tiled shower, sunken tub, and his and hers vanities. A short ascent leads you to two more guest bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the other boasts a comfortable king bed. The elegant formal dining area, with seating for eight, offers stunning ocean views, while a two-sided fireplace separates it from the living room, which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows for panoramic ocean vistas. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook accommodating six additional guests. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this floor. Home was beautiful and spacious. My family of 13 had plenty of space. Everything was in great condition. Wonderful location on beach right nex to walkway. My family especially enjoyed biking and walking on the beach. Spent many afternoons in pool. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped.

Things you need to know

Bed linens and bath towels are provided in each rental. A standard supply of towels consisting of two bath towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person (not to exceed maximum occupancy).

Towel bundles and additional linens can be provided for a fee.

Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided.

The spas and pools can be heated June through October for an additional fee.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Please do not use home or villa linens as beach blankets.
  • All of Agent’s accommodations are non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will be addressed through “Damages”, as outlined above and be the responsibility of Guest.
  • No motorcycles, motorized scooters/skateboards of any kind are permitted. No RV’s, campers and trailers of any kind are not permitted in gate areas. Off resort storage arrangements must be made for boats, jet skis and kayaks. Also, no commercial vehicles with any type of company signage or wrapping allowed.
  • Guest agrees to keep and maintain the premises in good condition at all times. Upon vacating the premises at the end of the rental period, the Guest agrees to leave the premises in reasonable and neat order with all doors and windows locked and all keys returned to Agent's office before check-out time. In the event Guest fails to leave the premises in the condition described above, Guest agrees to pay for any additional housekeeping services if required.
  • Guest agrees to be responsible for any damages to the Premises, including its Contents, that occur during the rental term due to Guest's negligence, misuse or abuse of the Premises, with the cost of all such damage to Guest. The Guest's credit card information will be retained for this purpose. A $250 authorization will be taken at check in as a security deposit, in lieu of the $100 authorization for incidentals, unless Guest opts to purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan.
  • The heat pump that is used in the private homes pulls the air from the outside and uses that to heat the pool, it does not generate heat. During the fall, winter and spring the temperatures usually dip below 50 degrees and essentially make the heater unusable.
  • Due to unforeseen mechanical, technical, and service related problems with utility services such as, but not limited to, electric, water, sewer, telephone, cable television, and internet, Agent will notify the service provider and/or try to correct the problem in a timely manner, but Agent, nor Owner, will not be held liable for damages, delays, or discomfort related to interruptions out of their control. Agent, nor Owner, will not be held liable for any system error, system crash, or malicious attacks on any technical device owned, or operated, by Guest due to the use of the internet, either in Premises, or from surrounding area.
