The unit was excellent. It is on the top floor and very private. It is laid out perfectly. It is laid out perfectly and could’ve worked easily for two or three kids. Our son is an adult. And we all had to work in the afternoon, but that was not a problem as we walked out the door and skied in the morning and worked in the afternoon. The central areas downstairs were wonderful.

Things you need to know
The resort offers on-site ski and bike rentals, a full service business center, lobby check in, and a happening lobby bar with live music and outdoor fire pits with amazing views.
Cleaning during stays is an extra cost that is available by request of guests prior.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy. You will be charged additionally per person if you exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A departure cleaning fee has been charged. However, if the property is left exceptionally dirty/trashed and additional cleaning time is required beyond the norm, you will be charged for the additional time. Please ensure that all dishes are put in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher the morning you depart. In addition, please start a load of towels the morning you depart.
- Events such as weddings, reunions, rehearsal dinners or any type of gathering of more than 150% of the property sleeping occupancy are not allowed without prior written authorization.
- The properties are located in neighborhoods or multi-family complexes with full-time residents. Please respect their privacy and quiet time. Abide by all rules for any community areas such as patios, pools and hot tubs.
- Please abide by all neighborhood rules and speed limits on county and private roads.
- To ensure the safety of all of our guests, guns are forbidden on the property at all times, even if the guests has a concealed-carry permit.
- Please do not put potato, carrot, onion peels etc. in the disposal.
