Set on 2.3 private acres, the outdoor space features a heated pool, expansive deck, multiple lounge areas, a sports court, and lush greenery. A private dock provides direct water access for paddleboarding and peaceful waterfront relaxation.
The pool is open seasonally. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors.
While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.

- Identity & Screening: The primary booking guest must complete identity verification, required screening, and sign the property rental agreement before arrival; check-in is blocked until all requirements are completed.
- Occupancy: Maximum occupancy and designated bedding capacity listed for the property must be observed.
- Reservations: Subletting, assigning, or transferring the reservation or any portion of the property to unlisted individuals is prohibited.
- Property Use: Commercial filming, professional photography, and unlawful business activities require explicit prior written authorization.
Events & Noise
- Events: Unauthorized large gatherings, rowdy parties, and structural events are prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Outdoor noise must be minimized, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, in accordance with local noise requirements.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are permitted only with prior owner approval; a one-time $150 pet fee applies.
- Smoking & Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited inside the home, on balconies or patios, and anywhere within the property’s outdoor perimeter.
Equipment & Amenities
- Systems & Security: Tampering with mechanical controls, home infrastructure, or security devices is prohibited.
- Maintenance: Utility and safety issues must be reported promptly. Property management may access the property for urgent maintenance, landscaping, or pool services.

- Property Care: The home must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition throughout the stay.
