Neighborhood: South Oceanside (South O) - Located in beautiful Oceanside, California with views of the Pacific Ocean and Oceanside Pier. - A small private sand beach is located on the ocean-facing side of the property. - Direct water access via a staircase is found adjacent to the community. - The condo is within walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and downtown Oceanside dining at a distance of 0.9 miles, a 15-minute walk. - Other attractions such as Legoland is a 17-minute drive, Del Mar Race Track is a 23-minute drive, SeaWorld is a 36-minute drive, San Diego Zoo or the San Diego Zoo Safari Park are both about a 40-minute drive, and Disneyland is a 1-hour drive.

Cancellations 35 days prior to check-in date will be subject to a 90% cancellation fee plus the full KEY coordination fee. Cancellations made within 35 days of the check-in date are non refundable.
Things you need to know
Complimentary K-cup pods, sugar, and creamer are provided for guest use.
The home is provided with toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent. We provide guests with a starter set of supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to resupply items such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
We also supply bath towels, beach towels, clean linens, quilts, cold weather blankets, and where available beach supplies such as beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and kids' beach toys.
Guests have access to the elevator or they can take the stairs to the unit.
The condo does not have air conditioning.
Restrictions
- Minimum nights of stay vary by time of year.
- A Security Deposit Hold of $1000 is required prior to guest arrival.
- The Rental Property is for single-family residential use only and in no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of the property as stated on the public listing description without prior approval by the Owner. No fraternities, sororities, school, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed unless the Owner grants prior approval.
- The cleaning fee is applied for the normal cleaning of the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property requires heavy cleaning after the Guest's departure.
- Guests must obtain permission from the Manager to have pets on the Rental Property. If permission is not given by the Manager, any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all rent and the security deposit.
- Guests must inform the Manager of their intention to bring children and the specific number. A child is defined as any person under the age of 18.
- In the event the Manager discovers the Guest has used a stolen credit card number for their booking or has or uses drugs in the Rental Property, the local police will be called, and guests will be immediately removed from the property.
- In the event the Manager discovers the Guest has thrown a party at the Rental Property, the Manager shall retain all of the Guest's security deposit, and the Guest agrees that the Guest shall be subject to immediate removal from the Rental Property.
- No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, internet, wifi, etc.
- No Roof Access. With the exception of a rental property that has a rooftop patio, no Guest shall stand, sit, sleep, climb, lie, walk, or run on the property roof.
- The manager is not responsible for the personal property of the Guest that is left behind. Guest is responsible for all shipping costs for any lost and found items that Manager is requested to return to Guest in addition to a $25.00 return fee. Items found and not claimed within fourteen (14) days of the Guest's departure date will be disposed of at the discretion of the Manager.
- Misuse of a hot tub or pool by the spilling of foreign substances into the pool, i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass, or metal will result in a service call charge at the sole discretion of the Manager, charged to the Guest. Under no circumstances are pets allowed in pools or hot tubs. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
