KEY Curation Notes

Unobstructed harbor views from the moment you walk through the front door — overlooks Chatham Harbor and the Fish Pier, with the water visible from the main living spaces and the pool deck. The orientation is southeast-facing, which means early light and seal sightings on the bar across the harbor are both regular occurrences.

Private heated pool and hot tub in a fenced yard — the pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor space, paired with a full deck setup, gas grill, outdoor shower, and lounge area. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are included.

Chatham Fish Pier is a 3-minute walk; Chatham Bars Inn is 7 minutes — the Shore Road location puts the best of Chatham's waterfront within easy reach on foot. Main Street shops and the lighthouse area are a short bike or drive away.

King primary suite with an all-marble private bathroom — a standout finish in a four-bedroom home that otherwise has three queen bedrooms. The suite is the clear anchor of the layout.

Lower-level media room for rainy days or late nights — a finished basement with a TV setup adds a second gathering space beyond the main living area. The home sleeps eight across four bedrooms.

Fire pit is not available for use — noted in the listing due to the owner's insurance terms. The pool, hot tub, and deck are the outdoor entertainment instead.

The weather didn’t cooperate but the view from the patio was spectacular. The sunrise, thanks to the wildfires in Canada, made it well worth getting up early to see. We were lucky enough to have a large group of seals resting on the beach just across from us allowing us to hear them barking. I would definitely stay here again.
