New construction overlooking Morris Island, with a path steps from the house leading directly to South Beach — the setting is one of Chatham's most scenic: panoramic views of the inlet, the lighthouse, and the Atlantic from most rooms, and a sandy beach accessed in under a minute from the front door.

Two bedrooms plus a den bunk room, sleeping six — the king primary and a second bedroom configurable as a king or two twins each have their own full bath on the second floor. The den bunk set and a half bath on the main floor give the layout flexibility for a small family or group of couples.

Views even on a rainy day are described as awe-inspiring — the home's elevation and orientation toward the inlet and Atlantic mean the light and scenery work in nearly any weather. The large deck with seating is the natural gathering spot when conditions allow.

Walkable to downtown Chatham — Main Street shops, restaurants, the fish pier, and Lighthouse Beach are all within easy reach without a car. The location sits just outside the peak-season bustle while remaining close to everything.

Well-provisioned gourmet kitchen for a two-bedroom property — stocked for preparing meals in, consistently flagged as a genuine convenience for families with young children. Beach towels, linens, gas grill, and outdoor shower are all included. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before arrival.

The stars aligned somewhat spontaneously for a Chatham vacation this summer and it was my most special memory of the summer. This is an absolutely stunning home and exactly as pictured. I was thankful for all of the kitchen amenities, which made preparing meals for little ones very easy. The views even on a rainy day were awe inspiring and the location was ideal- easily walkable to town, but outside hustle and bustle during high season. Eager to return
