At low tide, explore the extensive Brewster Flats with miles of sandbars and tidal pools filled with harmless critters kids love to find. It’s also an easy walk to Main Street (Route 6A) in Brewster, where you’ll find shops, bakeries, restaurants from fine dining to casual seafood and sushi, plus pizza, a bookstore, a liquor store, and a convenience store.

Events & Noise
- Events: Large gatherings, parties, weddings, and unauthorized events are prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Noise must be kept to a minimum, typically between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect neighboring residents.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are prohibited unless the property is designated Pet Friendly and prior written approval is obtained; unauthorized pets may result in fines and potential eviction.
- Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes, is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property grounds.
Checkout & Care
- Cleaning: Leave the property generally tidy, wash dishes, remove food from the refrigerator, and take out final trash to avoid additional cleaning fees.
- Furniture Placement: Do not move furniture from its original position; keep indoor and outdoor furnishings clean and in good condition.
- Trash & Recycling: Place trash and recyclables in designated outdoor bins and roll bins to the curb on specified pickup days according to the welcome guide.
