The home boasts a spacious, open-concept living area with modern, upscale furnishings and abundant natural light. It includes a large HDTV and comfortable seating, such as a blue sectional sofa, suitable for large families or groups.

The fully stocked modern kitchen is integrated into the open-plan layout, allowing for seamless interaction with the dining and living areas. It is equipped with modern appliances, a central island with seating for four, and essential small appliances like a Keurig and regular filter coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

Please note the pool is heated - the spa section has bubbles, but is not a 'hot tub' - the temperature in the spa is the same as the rest of the pool.
