Downstairs, two more King suites each offer privacy, comfort, and style, complete with TVs and private baths. A fourth bedroom with twin bunk beds and its TV provides a fun space for kids. The lower level also features a cozy den with seating, a TV, board games, and a shuffleboard table, alongside a convenient half bath. Outside, two expansive decks and a large yard invite you to embrace the great outdoors. The main level deck is perfect for dining alfresco and taking in the views, while the lower balcony offers a swing and a built-in hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Cap off the day by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and enjoying the stunning year-round views of the Blue Ridge Mountains

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a Firestarter for $25/night.
Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests, however, there may be an admission fee. Cash bar for food and drinks.
Please note that this home have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals.
Towels and linens will be provided.
We do not provide hair dryers.
Hot tubs are professionally serviced between rentals.
Restrictions
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
