KEY Curation Notes

Heated saltwater pool with built-in spa, outdoor kitchen, and deck seating for 12 — all set directly on Perch Pond. The water views, wildlife, and sunsets over the pond are the defining outdoor experience here.
A freestanding guest cottage ("Perch Pond Yacht Club") sits just off the back of the main house. It has a queen bed, sitting area with TV, coffee bar, full bath, and its own wraparound pond-view deck — completely private from the main house and ideal for one couple or a pair of kids.
Chatham Village is 0.75 miles away and the Rail Trail is 0.3 miles. Both are walkable or bikeable, putting dining, live entertainment, Cape League baseball, and the trail network within easy reach without a car.
The main house has three king primary suites, each with a private en-suite bath — one on the main level, one upstairs. The remaining two upstairs bedrooms (a queen and a four-twin bunk room) share a full bath.
Four distinct lounge areas across the house — main living space, TV nook off the kitchen, bonus room over the garage with surround sound and a card table, and the basement recreation area (ping pong, darts, Peloton, weights). Plenty of ways for a group to split up.
Pool season runs Memorial Day through Columbus Day weekend.

Reviews

Kim

We had the most amazing long weekend at Queen's Perch. The pictures don't do the property any justice - it was so beautiful, clean, updated and just perfect. We loved the pool and had a family bocce tournament. We were so close to Chatham Bars Inn and downtown for shopping and restaurants. We even loved the coffee shop and few restaurants that we were walkable from the house. The view of the pond was gorgeous, and the kitchen and linens were stacked with everything we needed to cook big meals, swim all day and relax. We would absolutely return. Of the 5 houses that we have rented on the Cape, this is our favorite!
