Three levels of renovated living space in central Hyannis, sleeping up to ten — the open-concept main floor has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room; the upper level adds a king bedroom, a bonus queen sleeping space, and a second full bath; the finished lower level has additional living and dining space with a queen sleeper sofa. Practical and genuinely spacious for the price point.

Hyannis Harbor and the island ferries are 2.6 miles away — Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket day trips are an easy drive. Main Street dining and shopping is 1.8 miles, and Craigville, Keyes, and Kalmus beaches are all within 3.5 miles. A beach pass for the car is included.

Spacious backyard patio with a wood-burning fire pit, gas grill, and dining table — the outdoor setup has been consistently flagged as a highlight, particularly for evening use after beach days.

Well-stocked kitchen with beach chairs, cooler, and all linens included — a step up from the typical mid-range rental in terms of what's actually in the house. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and wall-unit AC throughout.

No pool and not within walking distance of a beach — the value here is the central location and the ability to sleep a larger group affordably, not proximity to water. A car is needed for beach days.

This house can be your centrally located oasis from which to explore multiple Cape Cod towns. The mid cape Highway is just 3 miles away, giving you easy access for day trips.

We found the house to be exactly as advertised. It was well appointed and very comfortable both inside and outside for our family of four. The location allows for easy access to adventure, shopping and dining and the fire pit with s'mores was a great way to end long days at the beach. A nice bonus was the beach pass - amazing beaches to choose from in the area. We look forward to returning!
