90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Firewood may be added with notice of at least 7 nights prior to arrival. One-night packages are $25 and provide 2 wrapped bundles of split logs and a Firestarter.
Kitchen is well-stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
Towels and linens will be provided for you.
Restrictions
- There is an additional amenity fee of $13/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $65 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, we will ensure this fee is capped at $65.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
