Two Bears Home is a delightful single-level cabin that offers ample space and luxurious amenities for a truly indulgent getaway, while still being conveniently close to exciting outdoor activities like hiking, UTV riding, and witnessing awe-inspiring mountain sunrises. Indulge your inner chef in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring exquisite granite countertops, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, a convenient Keurig coffee maker, and an array of utensils for all your culinary needs. The open living room beckons with its cozy ambiance, boasting a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, a charming gas log fireplace, a smart TV for your entertainment, and easy access to the deck where you can soak in the serene surroundings. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a half bath and a laundry center, adding convenience to your stay. To the right of the living room, discover the elegant King bedroom adorned with a smart TV and a luxurious full private bath, complete with a double granite vanity and a beautifully tiled shower. On the left side, there is a Queen-sized Leggett & Platt adjustable bed with a Twin bunk overhead, perfect for accommodating additional guests. The accompanying bath features a spacious double granite vanity and a tiled tub/shower combo, ensuring everyone's comfort and privacy. Step outside onto the back deck, where a gas fire-table awaits, offering a peaceful retreat with captivating views of the Camp Eagles Nest amenities. In the backyard, you'll find your own private fire pit surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs, inviting you to gather around and create unforgettable memories. Additionally, the nearby tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts are just a short walk away, providing plenty of opportunities for fun and active recreation. Our stay at 2 Bears Retreat was a treat! The house is beautiful inside and out. Very cleaning and perfectly decorated. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It gets pretty dark at night so seeing the stars was outstanding. It's pretty quiet in the evenings and we were able to catch a glimpse of wildlife. A few highlights on what we did that helped us tremendously. Recommend buying groceries and supplies before checking in. Due to the location, it does take you a bit to get to the house. It is doable but it was nice to not have to leave. You may want to bring camp chairs, as there were only boulders and logs for seating around the fire. We had brought our own outdoor blankets and used them to sit on. Recommend bringing all that you need for a fire. We brought 9 bundles and firestarter from (Lowes) which was plenty for our 3 nights. There is a boulder stair and gravel walking path down to the fire pit. In all was such a great trip, will definitely be back.

Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

Owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows.
Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for a fee per night.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- The person in whose name the property is reserved will be held responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures, and restrictions. Aside from normal wear and tear, the responsible party will be responsible to reimburse the Owner for any damages to the property or its contents during your vacation residency. The responsible party must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and is required to stay in the property for the time reserved.
- Please be aware that some properties are NOT equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Please be aware that certain communities have strict standards regarding the number of vehicles at a property. Some areas may not allow motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. You must adhere to these regulations at all times during your stay.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infections should not use the hot tub.
