KEY Curation Notes

The heated pool, hot tub, and gas fire pit are the center of outdoor life here. The entire rear patio area is screened from street view, giving a genuinely private feel for a property this close to Chatham Village.

Oyster Pond Beach is a 5-minute walk and Main Street is 8 minutes. The location puts beach access and downtown dining, shopping, and Cape Cod League Baseball within easy walking distance in opposite directions.

Three of the seven bedrooms are primary suites with private en-suite baths — one on the main level, two upstairs. The remaining four bedrooms upstairs share 2.5 baths and include a range of configurations: a shared king/twin room, and two bunk rooms (each with a full-size double on the bottom, one with a pull-out trundle).

The game room over the garage has ping pong, foosball, an arcade game, and its own TV lounge — a dedicated kids' space that functions independently of the main house.

The kitchen and dining setup is sized for the full group. A chef's kitchen with a large island dining table for 8–10 flows into a separate primary dining room, with multiple lounge areas on the main level.

The house is a preserved 1848 original with wide-plank wood floors, period glass doorknobs, and exposed brick — distinctive character for a home this size, rather than a generic renovation.

Pool season runs Memorial Day through Columbus Day weekend. Outside that window the pool is not operational.

Neighborhood: Chatham Village - Only a 0.3-mileyou, five-minute walk to Oyster Pond Beach (Children's Beach) for swimming with the kids. Or go the other way and walk to the shops, restaurants, and all the fun of Main Street, Chatham is only 0.4 mile or eight minutes. Even closer to the house: quaint little Chase Park with its Godfrey Windmill and the challenging Chatham Labyrinth.

We took a vacation with extended family and all stayed at this home - 3 families with multiple young children and a set of grandparents. It was perfect. Can't say a single negative thing about the house, the service, all of it. Wonderful pool, everything clean and lovely, perfect location for walking into town. We LOVED this place.

Things you need to know

Utilities will be provided to the property during the rental term. Includes electricity, cold and hot water, natural gas if applicable, heat and trash removal.

Self check in and check out.

You will be provided with a “starter set” of cleaning/paper products. There will be paper towels and bath tissue to start off your week. Similarly you will be provided with cleaning products like dish soap, laundry detergent, all-purpose cleaners, etc. We ask that you replace what you use so the guests coming in after you can enjoy the same convenience. Some kitchen trash bags will also be provided.

The property will have fresh sheets and bath towel sets for each guest. A bath towel set includes a bath towel, hand towel and face cloth.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

No more than the number of persons listed on the lease (including infants, children, and overnight visitors).
Only the number of vehicles listed on the lease may park on the property. No camper vehicles with sleeping accommodations without prior written approval.
Property is for vacation/recreational use only.
Additional full weekly rental rate penalty if occupancy exceeds lease limits.

Events & Noise

Weddings, receptions, reunions, or gatherings exceeding lease occupancy require prior written approval. Violation results in an additional full weekly rental rate penalty.
No refunds for noise or disturbances, including nearby construction not owned by Landlord.

Prohibited Activities

No animals, birds, or pets unless specifically authorized in lease. Violation: $5,000 penalty.
No smoking permitted. Violation: $5,000 penalty.
Use of illegal materials, including fireworks, is prohibited.
Exterior security cameras may be in use. Tampering, disabling, or obstructing cameras may result in lease cancellation. No interior cameras.

Equipment & Amenities

Landlord provides electricity, water, gas (if applicable), heat, and trash removal. Tenant must avoid waste.
Landlord will make reasonable efforts to repair equipment but does not guarantee against failure (A/C, internet, cable TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, grill, etc.). No refunds for appliance or system malfunctions.

Checkout & Care

Tenant must leave property in clean, good, and habitable condition per Checkout Checklist.
All damage, loss, added expenses, and pay-per-view charges must be reported before departure. Failure to report may void damage protection coverage.
$500 per hour (or portion thereof) up to 2 hours past checkout. Beyond 2 hours, additional lease penalties apply.
$25 per lost key.

Tenant assumes responsibility for injury, loss, or damage caused by Tenant or guests and agrees to indemnify Landlord/Agent.
