This is my second time staying at this beautiful home. It was close to everything especially the beach. The host did a great job providing details and the check out requirements were reasonable. We can't wait to visit again.

This home has an exterior RING doorbell cameras - the front door, one in the right side carport, and one overlooking the backyard that can record anyone who enters and exits the home.

Equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced.

There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.

In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties, our representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund.
