Neighborhood: West Yarmouth - Walk 60 seconds to beach. - Besides the beach proximity and water views it affords, this property is minutes from several outstanding restaurants, including the acclaimed Tugboats, overlooking the Hyannis marina. You can also catch the ferry to Nantucket and spend a day on that intriguing island. Be sure to visit the Whaling Museum. - Also less than five minutes drive from your door along Main Street/Route 28: Dunkin Donuts and mini golf.
Parking information
- No camper vehicles that provide sleeping accommodations of any kind will be allowed without prior approval. - During peak hours at town beaches, parking stickers are required. Of course, most of our properties are directly on or within easy walking distance of private, neighborhood association beaches, so no pass is required. For those properties that aren’t right on or within walking distance, a pass is necessary. You can stop by the town offices to pick up a weekly pass or pay per visit. Beach passes are issued by vehicle and are not transferable.

So glad we chose this home- it is perfect. Beautifully built contemporary home with traditional cape inspired design. Comfortable and clean! Amazing location within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood, quiet and peaceful - perfect for sitting on one of the well-appointed lanai's or hanging in the backyard bbqing! Highly, highly recommend for your next cape visit! Things you need to know
Rents Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season.
This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season.
A “starter set” of cleaning/paper products is provided. There will be paper towels and bath tissue to start off your week. Similarly, you will be provided with cleaning products like dish soap, laundry detergent, all-purpose cleaners, etc. We ask that you replace what you use so the guests coming in after you can enjoy the same convenience. Some kitchen trash bags will also be provided.
Fresh sheets and bath towel sets for each guest are included. A bath towel set includes a bath towel, a hand towel, and a face cloth.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No more than the listed number of persons, including infants, children and overnight visitors, listed on the lease shall occupy said premises and shall not permit more than the listed number of vehicles on the lease to be parked in the spaces assigned to the premises at any time.
- No smoking, nor animals, birds, or pets of any description shall be allowed on the leased premises (unless otherwise noted on the lease).
- Avoid wasting water, heating fuel, electricity, or other utilities provided.
- The premises (which include outdoor spaces accessible by guests) shall not be used for functions such as weddings, wedding receptions, family reunions, or any other gathering involving more than the number of occupants specified in the lease agreement unless permission is obtained.
- Use of illegal materials such as fireworks at the property is prohibited.
- The property may be protected with outside security cameras (e.g., Ring doorbell). These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in lease cancellation. There are NO cameras activated inside the house.
