Newly built home in the gated Vineyard Village neighborhood, a short walk from Eagles Nest Winery. Construction is actively ongoing in the surrounding Vineyard neighborhoods.
Kitchen is a genuine highlight — double ovens, pot filler faucet, beverage fridge, stainless steel appliances, and leathered granite countertops throughout.
Three king suites, each with its own en-suite bath. The bunk suite sleeps up to six across two bunk configurations and carries its own full bath with double vanity.
Hot tub and outdoor living are well equipped — an 8-person hot tub, wood-burning outdoor fireplace, and main-lined gas grill on a large multi-view deck with full outdoor seating and a 65-inch exterior TV.
Loft game room includes a pool table and video games.
Included Eagles Nest community amenities are extensive — hiking and ATV trails, ropes course, mini-golf, sports courts, playground, amphitheater with summer concerts (May–November), and a 24/7 general store. Winery day passes are available on-site at $25/person. Access to the fitness center, Wine & Cigar Bar, and locked Sportsman's Lodge is reserved for members only.
4WD required in winter; chains may be necessary during snow and ice. An additional amenity fee applies to all Eagles Nest stays.

Such a beautiful home with the most spectacular views! The home was exactly as described and matched the pictures. All the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were perfect! We were also pleasantly surprised with the heated floors in the master bathroom! You would definitely want to pay close attention to the instructions provided, as GPS doesn't take you straight to the house. However the instructions to get there were very accurate. The hot tub was also amazing! We did have a small maintenance issue, but the host was very responsive in getting it fixed.

Things you need to know

Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7 am-7 pm Monday through Saturday. Please note that there is ongoing construction in the Vineyard neighborhoods.

Guests may use the Tesla EV charger with a universal end.

A whole-house generator has been installed for peace of mind.

Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.

This homeowner uses a set of exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. There are 5 cameras in total. First is located on the front door providing sight to the front door entryway and driveway. The second is located in the top right hand corner by the garage door which provides sight to the entryway driveway and garage door. The third is located on the right hand side of the house left corner which provides sight to the yard on the right and driveway. The fourth is located on the crawlspace door which provides sight to the back yard and underneath a portion of the porch. The fifth camera is located on the left side of the house on the right hand side. This provides sight to the left yard and steps leading to the yard

All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, bathroom toiletries, laundry detergent, and garbage bags. It’s enough for one or two nights, but will likely not be enough to get you through your entire stay. If you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.

Homes are not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items including plastic wrap or foil. Our homes come equipped with a basic set of cookware, sufficient plates & silverware for the occupancy of the home, and basic serving and baking dishes. Most homes do not have unusual items such as crock pots or blenders, so if you’re planning a dish that requires an unusual item it is best to bring that from your home.

We provide one towel and washcloth per person that each respective house accommodates, plus a few extra towels if there is a hot tub. The beds are made up with clean linens (except bunks, sleepers, and futons, but linens are provided on-site). If you routinely use two towels after bathing, you may need to bring some of your own.

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests & Occupancy

  • Age requirements: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on-site for the full stay.
  • Maximum occupancy: Occupancy limits (including children) must not be exceeded at any time.
  • Guest accountability: The booking guest is responsible for all occupants, compliance with rules, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized guests: $25 per person per day for exceeding occupancy; may result in immediate removal.
  • Approved use of property: Use is limited to vacation purposes unless prior written approval is obtained. Subletting or assignment is not permitted without written approval.

Events & Noise

  • Events & gatherings: Not permitted without prior written approval; unauthorized events may result in fines, immediate removal without refund, and charges for damages/cleaning.
  • Noise restrictions: Must comply with local noise regulations at all times.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Allowed only in designated homes with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning fee; may require removal or termination without refund. Pets must meet all listing restrictions and be pre-treated for pests.
  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $300 smoke remediation fee.
  • Illegal activities: Any violation of laws or regulations is prohibited and may result in termination of stay.
  • Fireworks & firearms: Strictly prohibited at all times.
  • Fire/fireplace misuse: No burning wood in gas fireplaces. No roasting food in fireplaces. Unauthorized outdoor fires prohibited (fees apply).
  • EV charging: Prohibited unless specifically approved; $500 fine.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Seasonal requirements: (if applicable) 4WD/AWD and/or tire chains strongly recommended November–April; no refunds for lack of preparation.
  • Hot tubs _(if equipped)_: Use at your own risk; not suitable for individuals with infections or open wounds. Must follow all sanitation and usage rules (no additives, glass, or tampering). $500 fee for cover damage; additional fees for misuse or extra cleaning.
  • HVAC & utilities: Some homes may not have air conditioning; no refunds due to weather or lack of AC.
  • Internet/TV/phone: No refunds for outages or service issues. Pay-per-view is prohibited; charges will be billed if used. Long-distance calls must not be billed to the home.
  • Appliances & equipment: No refunds for malfunctions (TV, hot tub, appliances, etc.).
  • Equipment reporting: Issues must be reported promptly; repairs will be attempted but are not guaranteed.
  • Parking rules: Vehicle limits apply; some areas restrict motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. No roadside parking if prohibited.
  • Restricted areas: Locked closets/areas are off-limits.
  • Firewood: Available for purchase ($25/day) with 7-day advance notice.

Checkout & Care

  • Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM (may vary up to 5:00 PM depending on home/season). No early check-in guarantees or compensation.
  • Checkout: By 10:00 AM.
  • Key return: $25 fee for lost keys.
  • Cleaning expectations: Leave the property in reasonable condition. Bag and dispose of trash, start dishwasher, and place used towels as instructed.
  • Furniture & home care: Maintain cleanliness and avoid unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
  • Supplies: Starter supplies only; additional items must be purchased by guests.
