The location hits the sweet spot between tranquil and central.

The primary king suite is the standout room — private bath, high-end finishes, and the architectural signature of the renovation. The two additional bedrooms are smaller, as is common with historic Provincetown homes; the listing sleeps six but is most comfortable for four. Worth setting realistic expectations before booking for a full group of six adults.

Gourmet kitchen with island, lobster pot, and full equipment — the open-concept main floor with contemporary furnishings and designer details is the heart of the house. The fenced landscaped yard with gas grill and outdoor dining is the social extension of the living space.

Two parking spaces included — a genuine convenience in Provincetown, where parking is scarce and costly in peak season. Ductless AC throughout.

This home is wonderful, comfortable on a quiet cul de sac but accessible to East Side Market, Galleries and restaurants. Our little family loved staying here, the finest touches and details... rent bikes and navigate PTown. Can't wait to stay for Family week next year.
