1.21 acres of private beachfront on Nantucket Sound in Hyannis Port, with sweeping ocean views from every south-facing room — is a landmark property in one of the Cape's most prestigious neighborhoods, set on rolling manicured grounds with a private stretch of sand for the sole use of tenants. The Hyannisport Club and the Kennedy Compound are neighbors.
Seven bedrooms in the main house plus a separate king cottage, sleeping twelve — three oceanfront king bedrooms on the second floor each have en-suite or adjacent full baths; two second-floor queen suites have sitting areas; a first-floor queen and single room can be isolated via privacy hallway doors for guests who retire early. The layout accommodates multi-generational groups exceptionally well.
The owner personally maintains the gardens — immaculate grounds with extraordinary plantings — the landscaping is a defining feature of every stay, personally grown and tended by the owner who greets tenants on arrival. A mid-stay cleaning is included for two-week bookings.
Association tennis courts a short stroll away — one of the few Hyannis Port rental properties with this access included. Gas grill, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and all linens provided; the kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators and a full lobster pot.
Saturday-to-Saturday only; maximum 12 occupants strictly enforced — the owner requests a brief introduction from prospective tenants before confirming a booking. Two-week stays are available at the stated weekly rate. The quiet, residential character of Kearsage Avenue is part of what makes this property so consistently re-booked.
No pool — the private Nantucket Sound beach is the draw. The Hyannis ferry terminals are a short drive for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket day trips.
