The landmark house at the entrance to Hyannis Port — a turn-of-the-century Grand Dame fully renovated to a high modern standard — is the home you notice as you enter the village. The architecture, lush gardens, and wraparound porch with views over the heated saltwater pool and hot tub give the property an unmistakable sense of place.
Heated saltwater pool and hot tub in a large, beautifully landscaped private yard — the outdoor space is consistently the highlight across all reviews: pool furniture and umbrellas for the full group, two outdoor showers, a gas grill, and rear porch dining overlooking the water. Pool heat is available for an additional $300 per week and must be requested separately.
Seven bedrooms across four levels sleeping fourteen — the layout offers genuine separation: a king suite over the garage with its own entrance, a king primary suite on the second floor, three additional bedrooms on the second floor, and a third-floor TV room with five built-in bunk beds for kids. The lower level adds a sitting room with TV, full bath, and laundry. Two beach passes are provided.
Gourmet kitchen with bar seating for eight — the kitchen is the social hub of the main floor, alongside a dining room and a living room that opens directly to the rear porch. The kitchen island alone makes it practical for a group of fourteen actually cooking together.
Fortes Beach is a short walk; Kalmus Beach and Veterans Beach are nearby — the Hyannis Port location puts you in a quiet, residential stretch of Barnstable with easy access to both the beach and the Hyannis ferry terminal for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket day trips.
Air conditioning is not central throughout — ductless units serve the lower level and third floor; window units and fans cover most other bedrooms. One bedroom has no AC. Worth knowing for August stays with a full house.

We had a wonderful stay in this Hyannisport home. The outdoor setting with lush gardens overlooking the pool are beautiful. The back porch is relaxing and you could spend days enjoying the outdoors. The furnishings are beautiful and the home was very well stocked. We would easily return to the home. We had a few quick questions during our stay and they were quickly answered by our realtor.

Home has ductless AC units in the lower level and third level. All but one bedroom has window a/c and fans. The home does not have central air throughout.

Stove in the lower level is not available to use.
