KEY Curation Notes

Private heated saltwater pool in a fenced yard on one of Osterville's most desirable streets — sits on the edge of Wianno, the most coveted address in Osterville, with the pool as the centerpiece of a large private yard. Deck furniture, a gas grill, beach towels, and an umbrella are all included.

Dowses Beach is a short walk away — one of the Cape's prettiest and most protected Sound-side beaches is under half a mile on foot. A beach pass is included for car access when needed.

Osterville Village is walkable — the boutique shops, seafood restaurants, and harbor of one of the Cape's most charming villages are right out the front door. This is a rare combination of genuine walk-to-village and walk-to-beach on the same stay.

Six bedrooms and six full baths across three floors — two kings, three queens, and a three-bunk room accommodate twelve comfortably. The first-floor queen is useful for anyone avoiding stairs. Each bathroom is stocked with full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — a meaningful step up from the usual starter kit.

Open-concept main floor with a gourmet kitchen, island, and ice maker — the layout flows well for groups, with a dining table and multiple living areas. No hot tub on this property.

Wianno Club golf course is adjacent — the 18-hole Wianno Club course borders the property; membership or reciprocal access is required to play, but the setting adds to the character of the location considerably.
