Parking information

We understand that packing up after your vacation and trying to checkout before 10am can be a challenge. So here’s an expedited process for dealing with the linens before you depart. - Please** **DO NOT strip the beds . The cleaning crew will strip them and make up the beds with new linens for the incoming guests. - Please leave all of the bath towels, and if included, beach towels in the tub/shower (in a pile is fine). PLEASE do not leave towels on hardwood floors! - Please place the bath mats and the kitchen towels in the washing machine before you leave. Feel free to start the cycle and the cleaning crew will dry them. - Please DO NOT leave the dryer running when you leave, as doing so is a fire hazard. - Lock up and leave one key in the lock box, if present, the other on the kitchen counter by the Welcome Sign. - Remove all trash. Don't miss early AM trash pick-up time. Set it out the night before. - Gather ALL possessions, e.g., on the porch, in the yard, on the beach, in the outdoor shower, etc. - Check ALL closets, shelves & drawers for belongings. - Be sure to log out of all streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.). - Return all furniture to its original arrangement. - Clean grill and dispose of all grease and debris in a plastic bag in the trash. - Be sure outdoor umbrella(s) are collapsed to prevent wind damage. - Check for your chargers, cords, cameras, glasses, car keys, etc. - Remove all food & beverages from the refrigerator & freezer. - Wash, dry and put away all dishes. Do not leave dishes in the dishwasher. - Clean all debris from counters and floors. - Please text your property manager at (508) 469-5879 when you leave, even if it's very early. Let them know the name or location of the property and if there are any issues they need to address before the next guests arrive.

Things you need to know

Rents Friday to Friday during peak season.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more, and the cleaning fee is waived.

A “starter set” of cleaning/paper products is provided. There will be paper towels and bath tissue to start off your week. Similarly, you will be provided with cleaning products like dish soap, laundry detergent, all-purpose cleaners, etc. We ask that you replace what you use so the guests coming in after you can enjoy the same convenience. Some kitchen trash bags will also be provided.

Fresh sheets and bath towel sets for each guest are included. A bath towel set includes a bath towel, a hand towel, and a face cloth.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • No more than the listed number of persons, including infants, children and overnight visitors, listed on the lease shall occupy said premises and shall not permit more than the listed number of vehicles on the lease to be parked in the spaces assigned to the premises at any time.
  • No smoking, nor animals, birds, or pets of any description shall be allowed on the leased premises (unless otherwise noted on the lease).
  • Avoid wasting water, heating fuel, electricity, or other utilities provided.
  • The premises (which include outdoor spaces accessible by guests) shall not be used for functions such as weddings, wedding receptions, family reunions, or any other gathering involving more than the number of occupants specified in the lease agreement unless permission is obtained.
  • Use of illegal materials such as fireworks at the property is prohibited.
  • The property may be protected with outside security cameras (e.g., Ring doorbell). These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in lease cancellation. There are NO cameras activated inside the house.
