Extremely well equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and living room. Loved the hot tub, pool, and fire pit. Had lots of fun in the game room. Our group totaled 10, siblings, spouses, and cousins, and all enjoyed great group times around meals at the large dining table, and with games in the living room. The property is well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. The property management was very responsive to text inquiries. Activities included sunrise at Nauset Beach and sunset at Skaket Beach - WOW! Great restaurants, bakeries, and e-biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Provincetown was a great day trip! And, of course, we made certain to visit the lighthouses! We all had an absolutely delightful time!

  • Tenant is responsible for all occupants, guests, invitees, and any damage, loss, or added expense during the stay
  • Guests must follow all lease terms and applicable laws

Events & Noise

  • Weddings, receptions, reunions, or gatherings exceeding listed occupancy are prohibited without prior written approval
  • Unauthorized Events Fee: Penalty equal to one additional full weekly rental rate if violated
  • No refunds for noise, construction, or neighborhood annoyances beyond landlord control

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Not allowed unless explicitly approved in the lease; violation penalty $5,000
  • Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted anywhere on the premises; violation penalty $5,000
  • Fireworks: Prohibited at all times
  • Illegal Activities: Use of illegal materials or substances is prohibited
  • Security Cameras: Tampering with exterior security cameras is prohibited and may result in lease cancellation

Equipment & Amenities

  • Electricity, water, heat, gas (if equipped), and trash included; guests must use utilities responsibly
  • No guarantee against failure of appliances or systems including AC, internet, cable TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, or grill (if equipped); no refunds for malfunctions
  • All damage, loss, or extra charges (including pay-per-view) must be reported before departure

Checkout & Care

  • Home must be left clean, orderly, and in similar condition as arrival per checkout checklist
  • Late checkout fee $500 per hour or portion thereof up to 2 hours
  • Occupancy beyond allowed time may result in additional full weekly rental rate plus nightly per diem
