Multi-million dollar custom build inside the gated Eagles Nest community, finished in post-and-beam western red cedar and Douglas fir with solid walnut floors and six fireplaces throughout.
Two full master suites — main level with king, gas fireplace, soaking tub, and steam shower; upper level with king, gas fireplace, and claw-foot tub. The lower two bedrooms each have a queen, private bath, and deck access.
The kitchen is a genuine chef's setup with a Thermador gas range, dual full-size refrigerators, standalone ice maker, and custom wood and granite counters.
Lower-level game room, outdoor hot tub, and stone fire pit round out the main gathering spaces.
Eagles Nest community amenities are open to renters: chophouse restaurant, amphitheater with seasonal concerts, ropes course, mini-golf, pickleball courts, hiking and biking trails, and a vineyard with day passes ($25/person).
Winter access requires 4WD or AWD; rear-wheel-drive and low-clearance vehicles are not suitable year-round. Active construction in the community means traffic and noise Monday through Saturday.

Parking information

- Easy access with a paved driveway and two bays of the garage available for guest use. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.

Getting to the property

We highly recommend using a four-wheel-drive vehicle and/or chains, as well as the ability to drive on snow and ice, when accessing or departing the property.

Amazing home, more beautiful than the pictures... Well equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen... This home is located far up on the mountain with great views. Most beautiful home around and Def need 4x4/AWD if snowing. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Highly recommend.

Things you need to know

Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday to Saturday.

Please note that the home has internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities within.

Firewood may be added at the time of booking, or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You'll get two wrapped bundles of kiln-dried wood and a firestarter for $25/night plus taxes.

Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, bathroom toiletries, laundry detergent, and garbage bags. It’s enough for one or two nights, but will likely not be enough to get you through your entire stay. If you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.

Homes are not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items including plastic wrap or foil. Our homes come equipped with a basic set of cookware, sufficient plates & silverware for the occupancy of the home, and basic serving and baking dishes. Most homes do not have unusual items such as crock pots or blenders, so if you’re planning a dish that requires an unusual item it is best to bring that from your home.

We provide one towel and washcloth per person that each respective house accommodates, plus a few extra towels if there is a hot tub. The beds are made up with clean linens (except bunks, sleepers, and futons, but linens are provided on-site). If you routinely use two towels after bathing, you may need to bring some of your own.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)

Please note all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Age requirements: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on-site for the full stay.
  • Maximum occupancy: Occupancy limits (including children) must not be exceeded at any time.
  • Guest accountability: The booking guest is responsible for all occupants, compliance with rules, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized guests: $25 per person per day for exceeding occupancy; may result in immediate removal.
  • Approved use of property: Use is limited to vacation purposes unless prior written approval is obtained. Subletting or assignment is not permitted without written approval.

Events & Noise

  • Events & gatherings: Not permitted without prior written approval; unauthorized events may result in fines, immediate removal without refund, and charges for damages/cleaning.
  • Noise restrictions: Must comply with local noise regulations at all times.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Allowed only in designated homes with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning fee; may require removal or termination without refund. Pets must meet all listing restrictions and be pre-treated for pests.
  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $300 smoke remediation fee.
  • Illegal activities: Any violation of laws or regulations is prohibited and may result in termination of stay.
  • Fireworks & firearms: Strictly prohibited at all times.
  • Fire/fireplace misuse: No burning wood in gas fireplaces. No roasting food in fireplaces. Unauthorized outdoor fires prohibited (fees apply).
  • EV charging: Prohibited unless specifically approved; $500 fine.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Seasonal requirements: (if applicable) 4WD/AWD and/or tire chains strongly recommended November–April; no refunds for lack of preparation.
  • Hot tubs _(if equipped)_: Use at your own risk; not suitable for individuals with infections or open wounds. Must follow all sanitation and usage rules (no additives, glass, or tampering). $500 fee for cover damage; additional fees for misuse or extra cleaning.
  • HVAC & utilities: Some homes may not have air conditioning; no refunds due to weather or lack of AC.
  • Internet/TV/phone: No refunds for outages or service issues. Pay-per-view is prohibited; charges will be billed if used. Long-distance calls must not be billed to the home.
  • Appliances & equipment: No refunds for malfunctions (TV, hot tub, appliances, etc.).
  • Equipment reporting: Issues must be reported promptly; repairs will be attempted but are not guaranteed.
  • Parking rules: Vehicle limits apply; some areas restrict motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. No roadside parking if prohibited.
  • Restricted areas: Locked closets/areas are off-limits.
  • Firewood: Available for purchase ($25/day) with 7-day advance notice.

Checkout & Care

  • Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM (may vary up to 5:00 PM depending on home/season). No early check-in guarantees or compensation.
  • Checkout: By 10:00 AM.
  • Key return: $25 fee for lost keys.
  • Cleaning expectations: Leave the property in reasonable condition. Bag and dispose of trash, start dishwasher, and place used towels as instructed.
  • Furniture & home care: Maintain cleanliness and avoid unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
  • Supplies: Starter supplies only; additional items must be purchased by guests.
