Thoughtfully crafted with sweeping herringbone floors, designer finishes, and an airy reverse floor plan, the home offers inviting spaces for gathering and relaxing. The top level features a beautifully appointed kitchen with a quartz waterfall island, an open-concept living area, and a spacious dining space perfect for shared meals. Six well-appointed bedrooms, multiple private decks, and a lower-level entertainment lounge with a pool table and kitchenette provide plenty of room for families and groups to spread out in style. Just a short six-minute walk from the beach, the outdoor amenities create an exceptional vacation experience. KEY Curation Notes

The beach is a six-minute walk, with parking passes for the Hillcrest Beach Access included. The home also carries access to community tennis and pickleball courts.
The private saltwater pool is open April through October, alongside a hot tub, a poolside bar with seating for four, and a propane grill. Pool heat is available for an additional $350 per week.
The main living space sits on the top floor, where an open kitchen, dining area, and lounge open onto a front deck, and a rooftop observation deck takes in ocean views. This is a reverse floor plan, so stairs connect all three levels.
Four of the six bedrooms have en-suite baths, three of them king rooms with their own private decks. The queen and twin bedrooms connect through a shared Jack-and-Jill bath, and a lower-level bunk room with twin-over-queen bunks has its own full bath.
The top-floor kitchen centers on a quartz waterfall island with bar seating, stainless appliances, herringbone floors, and a dining table for ten. The lower level adds a second living area with a kitchenette, full-size and beverage refrigerators, and a pool table.

Things you need to know

This home has a reverse plan with the main living area on the top level. Multiple sets of stairs are required.

Pool is open April to October, please inquire about pool heat. Pool Heat is available for $350 per week.

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Occupancy may not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for the reservation.
  • The primary guest is responsible for the actions, omissions, damages, and compliance of all occupants, visitors, and invitees.
  • The property may only be used for the reserved stay and approved purposes; reservations may not be resold, transferred, or used for unauthorized commercial activities.

Events & Noise

  • Any event, gathering, or use beyond the approved reservation purpose requires prior written approval from management.
  • All guests must comply with applicable local laws, regulations, and property rules during their stay.

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal Activity: Illegal conduct, unlawful substances, fraudulent reservations, and violations of local, state, or federal laws are prohibited.
  • Hazardous Items: Dangerous or hazardous materials may not be brought onto the property.
  • Property Misuse: Guests may not engage in activities that are fraudulent, threatening, violent, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise prohibited by property rules.
  • Safety Devices: Tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, sound monitoring devices, security equipment, or other safety features is prohibited.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Only amenities included with the reservation may be used. Amenity access may be suspended for rule violations.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to amenities or property equipment.
  • Common areas may be monitored by video surveillance and properties may contain sound level monitoring devices.

Checkout & Care

  • The property must be left in substantially the same condition as it was upon arrival, subject to normal wear and tear.
  • Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs for damaged, missing, or stolen property and may be charged accordingly.
