5 star stay, host and home! LeAnne and team were very quick to respond and provided great communication throughout. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was as far as cooking items (spices, cookware, utensils, small appliances, etc.). The home was clean and smelled brand new. Nice, short walk to the beach (5-7 minutes) and close to grocery stores, ice cream and little shops. We were informed ahead of time that there weren’t lounge chairs by the pool, so we brought our own folding ones. The pool and outdoor kitchen area were perfect for grilling and hanging out. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

This home requires stairs.
Complimentary starter items included are: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, trash bags, dish soap and a sponge, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap.
Standard amenities included are hand soap, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum.
Linens and bath towels are included with your stay. This includes sheets and covers, pillows, 10 bath towels, 10 washcloths, 5 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, and bath mats. Please note: beach towels are not provided.
The pool is available from May 15 to October 15 each year.
Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the house; no cameras are on the interior.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests.
- We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
- We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, we use a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay.
- We have three simple rules: no smoking, no parties, no pets. This applies to all reservations unless stated in your rental agreement. Violating the rules may result in fees or eviction.
- We are happy to accommodate any cleaning request and can build that into your reservation.
- If you need something replaced, repaired, or restocked during your stay, our team is here for you 24/7. Some requests require that we enter your Sojourn home, with your permission. It is our policy to always knock and identify ourselves before doing so. There’s no need to wait around or change your schedule. But if you prefer that we arrive at a certain time to meet you in person, let us know.
- In addition to the cost of staying in one of the properties, when applicable, we charge standard hotel taxes (based on local laws and regulations) as well as a cleaning fee. In addition, if you would like cleanings during your stay with us, there will be an additional charge, which will be determined by the cleaners themselves.
