Access to Sanderling Community Pool and Tennis Courts (Seasonal: mid-May through mid-October).
Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
High-quality pillows, linens, sheets, and towels are provided.
Access is hassle-free with our Smart Lock system. You'll receive a unique code to unlock the door on your check-in day. Guests have access to this whole home.
Enhance your stay with a Village Beach Club Pass for just $200. Enjoy direct access to the Sanderling Swim and Racquet Club., and inviting indoor and outdoor lounge areas.
Seasonal Schedule Club Season: May 22 – November 1. Pool Season: May 22 – September 7
Outside of pool season, select amenities and seating areas may remain available, depending on weather conditions and scheduled events.
Pool Hours (During Pool Season) Open daily from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Designated swim lanes are available for lap swimming. Water aerobics classes may also be offered on select mornings.

Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old; reservations for high school or college parties are not accepted.
- A rental agreement must be completed after booking. The primary guest is responsible for sharing the agreement and house rules with all occupants and visitors, who are required to comply.
- Truvi identity verification must be completed before check-in.
- Prohibited. The person making the reservation must stay at the property.
Events & Noise
- Parties and events are prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets are not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized pets incur a $400 fee and may result in cancellation without refund and expedited eviction.
- Golf carts, RVs, and camper vans are not permitted in the community.
Equipment & Amenities
- Exterior security cameras monitor areas of ingress and egress for safety and security.
Checkout & Care
- The home undergoes a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after each checkout.
Liability & Disclaimers
- A single nonrefundable fee covers a Safely Protection Policy for the guest, home, and contents during the stay; no security deposit is collected.
