I've been visiting Duck for over 15 years with family. My extended family stays in a large house at the beach - and it was time for me to upgrade after too many 6am mornings being woken up to "walk to the donut shop / go fly kites / watch this cool trick I learned." I want to be the fun happy uncle. This is my favorite street in Duck - quiet beach access on one end, sound access on the other (walk to the vegetable stand, grocery store, yoga studio, ice cream shop, a few cool restaurants). The place is great, the hosts are responsive, the pool and hot tub are wonderful. I also picked up a golf cart (ZoomAround - and there are others) - which makes getting around a breeze. I'll absolutely look to stay here again! Thank you!!!

Saltwater pool is heated for a fee in cooler months.

Stairs are required in this home.

We do not provide beach towels.

This pool and hot tub are open April through mid-October.

This home has two recording cameras; one on the front of the house facing the driveway and one overlooking the side deck.

Towel and bed linens included.

We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.

Equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced.

There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.

Restrictions

We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties, our representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund.
What not to flush down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal. If found that these cause plumbing issues we can and will charge the guest.
Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
The property is not responsible for items left behind.
Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
