A heated saltwater pool and hot tub set the scene for lazy afternoons, while a shaded pergola, outdoor bar, and pickleball court add energy and excitement to your coastal escape. Whether you're sipping coffee on the top-level deck, streaming your favorite shows in one of the lounge areas, or grabbing the included beach gear for a day on the sand, Salty Soul makes every moment effortless and memorable. The home was just as described! It was beautifully decorated with so many nice amenities. The host was extremely responsive. It made our first trip to OBX in over 20 years, a memorable event!

Things you need to know
Complimentary toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
This home has 3 levels with stairs for access. The kitchen and main level living are on the top level.
Complimentary starter items include one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. These are provided as a starter kit, and any additional supplies needed during the stay will need to be purchased by the guest.
Freshly laundered sheets, duvet comforters, and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not included. Guests need to bring beach towels.
This pool and hot tub are open May 15 – October 15 yearly.
This home has four exterior recording cameras:

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests.
- We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
- We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, we use a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay.
- We have three simple rules: no smoking, no parties, no pets. This applies to all reservations unless stated in your rental agreement. Violating the rules may result in fees or eviction.
- We are happy to accommodate any cleaning request and can build that into your reservation.
- If you need something replaced, repaired, or restocked during your stay, our team is here for you 24/7. Some requests require that we enter your Sojourn home, with your permission. It is our policy to always knock and identify ourselves before doing so. There’s no need to wait around or change your schedule. But if you prefer that we arrive at a certain time to meet you in person, let us know.
- In addition to the cost of staying in one of the properties, when applicable, we charge standard hotel taxes (based on local laws and regulations) as well as a cleaning fee. In addition, if you would like cleanings during your stay with us, there will be an additional charge, which will be determined by the cleaners themselves.
