Guests & Occupancy

• Primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
• Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests permitted in the reservation or listing.
• Primary guest is responsible for all actions, damages, and violations caused by invited guests, visitors, or anyone given access to the property.
• Property may only be used for the reserved stay and approved purposes. Commercial use, unauthorized transfers, resales, or fraudulent reservations are prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal conduct, unlawful substances, fraudulent activity, harassment, discrimination, threats, or any violation of applicable laws are prohibited.
• Dangerous or hazardous materials may not be brought onto the property.
• Tampering with property features, amenities, safety devices, surveillance equipment, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or sound monitoring devices is prohibited.
• Guests may only use amenities included with their reservation.

Equipment & Amenities

• Guests may only use amenities included in their reservation and are responsible for any resulting damage.
• Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, sound monitoring devices, and common-area surveillance systems may be present and may not be disabled or interfered with.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged or stolen property and contents. Charges may be applied to the payment method on file.

Checkout & Care

• Property must be left in substantially the same condition as when occupied, subject to normal wear and tear.
• Repair or replacement costs for damaged or stolen items may be charged to the guest's payment method after notice and review.

Liability & Disclaimers

• Use of all amenities is at the guest's own risk. Guests release Manager and the property owner from claims related to amenity use.
• Manager is not liable for personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, data loss, or damages arising from use of the property or amenities.
• Services, utilities, amenities, internet, equipment, and property features are provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
• Management may enter the property for emergencies, maintenance, repairs, safety concerns, legal compliance, investigations, or service-related needs.
• Manager is not liable for disruptions caused by severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, utility outages, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, or other events beyond its control.
