This was an absolutely beautiful listing! It made my first experience in the Outer Banks completely worthwhile. Great location (especially since you get the northbound scenic drive of the whole island to get there) and professional service working with LeAnne. If I make it out to the Outer Banks again, I will certainly consider staying at this exact same location again :-)

Things you need to know

The pool and hot tub are available from May 15 to October 15 each year.

This home requires stairs.

Complimentary starter items included are: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, trash bags, dish soap and a sponge, dish pods, and laundry soap.

Standard amenities included are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

Linens and bath towels are included with your stay. This includes sheets and duvet comforters, pillows, 10 bath towels, 10 washcloths, 5 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, and bath mats. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

This home has 2 recording cameras: one on the lower exit door and one on the middle level main entrance.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests.
We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, we use a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay.
We have three simple rules: no smoking, no parties, no pets. This applies to all reservations unless stated in your rental agreement. Violating the rules may result in fees or eviction.
We are happy to accommodate any cleaning request and can build that into your reservation.
If you need something replaced, repaired, or restocked during your stay, our team is here for you 24/7. Some requests require that we enter your Sojourn home, with your permission. It is our policy to always knock and identify ourselves before doing so. There’s no need to wait around or change your schedule. But if you prefer that we arrive at a certain time to meet you in person, let us know.
In addition to the cost of staying in one of the properties, when applicable, we charge standard hotel taxes (based on local laws and regulations) as well as a cleaning fee. In addition, if you would like cleanings during your stay with us, there will be an additional charge, which will be determined by the cleaners themselves.
