Yellow Lotus a great house! We celebrated a 50th birthday with 10 women and there was plenty of room! Great layout, pool and location. Easy access to the beach too. LeAnne & Team were very responsive and helpful.

Things you need to know
Yellow Lotus has a reverse floor plan with 3 levels and multiple sets of stairs. Main Level on Top Floor.
Complimentary starter items included are: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, dish soap and a sponge, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
Linens and bath towels are included. This includes sheets, duvet comforters, pillows, 12 bath towels, 12 washcloths, 5 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, and bath mats. Please note that we do not provide beach towels.
This pool and hot tub are open May 15 – October 15 annually.
This home has multiple exterior recording cameras: one at the front door, one facing the side yard, and one overlooking the pool area.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests.
- We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
- We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, we use a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay.
- We have three simple rules: no smoking, no parties, no pets. This applies to all reservations unless stated in your rental agreement. Violating the rules may result in fees or eviction.
- We are happy to accommodate any cleaning request and can build that into your reservation.
- If you need something replaced, repaired, or restocked during your stay, our team is here for you 24/7. Some requests require that we enter your Sojourn home, with your permission. It is our policy to always knock and identify ourselves before doing so. There’s no need to wait around or change your schedule. But if you prefer that we arrive at a certain time to meet you in person, let us know.
- In addition to the cost of staying in one of the properties, when applicable, we charge standard hotel taxes (based on local laws and regulations) as well as a cleaning fee. In addition, if you would like cleanings during your stay with us, there will be an additional charge, which will be determined by the cleaners themselves.
