This house was absolutely gorgeous! We had a family of 19 and every last guest had somewhere to sleep. The house looked exactly like the picture. The host was very nice and responded very quickly! I cannot wait to visit this beautiful home again!

Things you need to know

This home requires stairs.

Linens and bath towels are included and consist of sheets, duvet comforters, pillows, 19 towels, 19 washcloths, 7 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, and bath mats. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

Complimentary starter items included: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, dish soap and sponge, dish pods, and laundry soap.

Standard amenities included are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer.

This pool and hot tub are open April 10 – October 15 annually.

This home has exterior recording cameras directed at the entrances and exits.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests.
We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, we use a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay.
We have three simple rules: no smoking, no parties, no pets. This applies to all reservations unless stated in your rental agreement. Violating the rules may result in fees or eviction.
We are happy to accommodate any cleaning request and can build that into your reservation.
If you need something replaced, repaired, or restocked during your stay, our team is here for you 24/7. Some requests require that we enter your Sojourn home, with your permission. It is our policy to always knock and identify ourselves before doing so. There’s no need to wait around or change your schedule. But if you prefer that we arrive at a certain time to meet you in person, let us know.
In addition to the cost of staying in one of the properties, when applicable, we charge standard hotel taxes (based on local laws and regulations) as well as a cleaning fee. In addition, if you would like cleanings during your stay with us, there will be an additional charge, which will be determined by the cleaners themselves.
