Neighborhood: Moonlight Basin The location makes it perfect for exploring Yellowstone National Park, hiking, white water rafting, fly fishing and other Montana activities. Ulery's Lake Camp has activities from 9AM - 6PM daily including paddle boards, canoes, kayaks, lounge chairs, floating dock, and a new water trampoline. Moonlight Outfitters operate 9AM - 6PM daily and offer mountain biking, archery, high ropes challenge course, sporting clays, Yellowstone National Park tours, and more. The Lake Lodge pool is ready to meet everyone's needs from lap lanes to a free swim area to a waterside and multiple hot tubs. In the winter months, the ski access here is beginner and snowboard friendly with a quick trip to Jayhawk lift that takes you right to Madison Base, where you can schedule lessons, have more dining options, demo skis, etc.

Our stay at Moonlight Basin was absolutely magical and everything was perfect! Our hostess was very responsive and helpful to answer any questions we had. We are a family of 5 and we had ample space. Everything from the kitchen, to bathrooms, to linens were pristine! I am a bit of a travel snob, so it takes a lot to impress me and I was blown away by the amenities and the service at Moonlight Basin. The views were out of this world and the service at the lodge was wonderful. Everybody was so kind and helpful. I have 3 boys and the indoor basketball court, pool, and rock climbing wall really helped keep the them occupied during the times that we were at the lodge. Highly recommend and worth every penny!

Things you need to know
The mandatory guest access fee of $125 per day per guest 13 and over is due upon arrival. Effective June 1st, 2026, the mandatory guest access fee will be $200 per day per guest 13 and over.
Ski stress-free directly in and out of your unit by utilizing our lift ticket and ski rental delivery system.
Garbage pick-ups are also provided daily as-needed, and we additionally will stock groceries for arrivals upon request.
Featuring Malin & Goetz toiletries, luxury linens and towels are flawlessly placed in each bedroom and bathroom.
A coffee starter kit, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, cleaning supplies (dish soap, dish detergent, paper towels, etc.) are additionally placed to make your stay as convenient and seamless as possible.
Golf access is limited for Summer. Please call to book tee-times.
